Location and time of meetings and definition of a quorum.

ARTICLE V – STANDING COMMITTEES

Appointment and duties of committees

ARTICLE VI – REMOVAL

Rules for removal of officer or board member.

ARTICLE VII – CLASSIFICATION

Definition of classifications, limitations, and procedures for changing a member’s classification.

ARTICLE VIII – REPRESENTATION

Definition of designated representative for each membership including eligibility and procedures for change of designated representative.

ARTICLE IX – OBLIGATIONS OF MEMBERS

Attendance requirements, definition of leads, visitations, and obligations.

ARTICLE X – FEES

Membership fee, Quarterly dues, Payment, and Invitation and Expenses of Guests.

ARTICLE XI – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
